January 2018 will not only bring in a new year and a new begining for everyone but also a rare phenomenon in Kollywood as the next films of three of the biggest stars will begin production. Producers of ‘Thalapathy 62’ directed by A.R. Murugadoss, ‘Thala58’ directed Siva and ‘Suriya36’ directed by Selvaraghavan are planning to start the films in January and in the buzz is that all three films might lock horns on Diwali 2018.
Vijay, Suriya and Ajith have clashed only once before in 2003, when ‘Thirumalai’, ‘Pitha Magan’ and ‘Anjaneya’ hit the screens on the same day that is 24th October 2013. Will the three superstars clash at the b.o after fifteen years or play it safe and release their films on different weekends remains to be seen. However it will be a greater treat for fans of all three mega stars if the films do lock horns.
