The star cast of Vetrimaaran’s ‘Viduathalai Part 2’ gets bigger and bigger!

We already informed you that director Vetrimaaran is currently busy juggling between the shooting of ‘Viduthalai Part 2’ and the pre-production of the Suriya starrer ‘Vaadivaasal’. The maker is roping in prominent actors and the ‘Viduthalai Part 2’ is getting bigger and bigger. The sequel is all set to release in 2024.

The shooting of the film is progressing at a brisk phase in the forest regions of the Southern Tamil Nadu. Prakash Raj, Vijay Sethupathi’s son Surya, Manju Warrier have already joined the cast of the sequel. Now, Attakathi Dinesh has come on board for Viduthalai Part 2. A picture of Vetrimaaran with Dinesh and Manju Warrier from the sets of the film is now doing rounds on the internet.

Viduthalai 1 had Soori in the lead role as a constable with Vijay Sethupathi as a rebellious leader. The sequel stars Soori, Vijay Sethupathi, Bhavani Sre, Gautham Menon, Rajiv Menon, Chethan, Prakash Raj, Surya Vijay Sethupathi, Manju Warrier, Attakathi Dinesh and others. Produced by RS Infotainment, Ilaiyaraaja is composing the musical score for the film.
