Varun Tej, Lavanya heads to Honeymoon

Varun Tej Konidela and Lavanya Tripathi are currently enjoying a well-deserved break, embarking on their first vacation together following their November wedding. “Travel on!” exclaimed Varun as he shared a cheerful snapshot with Lavanya, capturing the excitement of their honeymoon. Dressed in casual attire with stylish sunglasses, the couple radiated happiness in a picture seemingly taken at an airport.

Although the duo has chosen to keep their destination under wraps, insider information suggests that Varun and Lavanya are presently exploring the enchanting landscapes of Finland. Departing from Hyderabad on a Saturday, they plan to revel in their honeymoon for approximately a week. Notably, this Nordic escapade follows in the footsteps of Varun’s cousin, Ram Charan, and his wife Upasana, who also reveled in the snowy beauty of Finland in 2022. Ram had fondly reminisced about the experience, sharing throwback pictures and expressing his longing for the mountains.

Varun and Lavanya exchanged vows in Italy surrounded by close friends and family after years of courtship. The picturesque wedding took place at a charming villa, attended by notable figures such as actor Nithiin. Following the festivities in Italy, the couple returned to Hyderabad for a star-studded reception, attended by numerous Tollywood actors and celebrities. Additionally, a reception in Dehradun was hosted for Lavanya’s family and friends.

While Varun promptly resumed work after the wedding, completing the shoot for “Operation Valentine,” where he portrays an IAF officer, the film’s release has been rescheduled to the upcoming year. Upon their return from the honeymoon, Varun is set to join the shooting of Karuna Kumar’s “Matka.” Meanwhile, Lavanya is engaged in shooting for an undisclosed web-series. Varun’s last appearance was in “Gandheevadhari Arjuna,” and Lavanya was last seen in “Happy Birthday,” with both films receiving a lukewarm response at the box office.
