Now we have the hot info that Lalit Kumar of Seven Screen Studios has bagged the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of 'Varisu' for the highest ever price in Tamil cinema history. Dil Raju the producer of the film already made it official through a Diwali poster of the film that it will be raining updates from the next week onwards.

Interestingly, Lalit Kumar co-produced Thalapathy Vijay's 'Master' directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and is also producing the mass hero's next 'Thalapathy 67' with the same director. The strong connection that has happend to the next two films of Vijay has caused a sensation in the South Indian film industries.

'Varisu' has music by Thaman and stars Vijay, Rashmika Mandanna, Prabhu, Jayasudha, Sarathkumar, Shaam, Srikanth, Sangeetha, Samyuktha, S.J. Suryah, Prakash Raj and Yogi Babu.
