Now, a latest video clip from the lavish event is going viral on the internet in which Thalapathy Vijay thanks Simbu and Anirudh for their kind gestures.

Simbu crooned ‘Thee Thalapathy’, the sensational tribute song made by the Varisu team as a dedication to the superstar actor. Indiaglitz already reported to you that STR didn’t charge any remuneration to sing for Vijay in Varisu. Rockstar Anirudh Ravichander sang the peppy duet song, ‘Jimikki Ponnu’, along with Jonita Gandhi.

During his speech at the ceremony, Thalapathy Vijay said, “Simbu, Simbu, Simbu! I don’t know what to say. I was really really touched by your gesture. I thank Anirudh as well, for lending his voice for a song in Varisu.” Thaman said, “When I asked Atman Simbu to sing in Varisu, he didn’t even think twice. He came for the recording and shoot.”
