In an exclusive telephone conversation with Indiaglitz Varalakshmi Saarathkumar the heroine of the much anticipated ‘Thaarai Thappattai’ directed by Bala revealed that her role in the movie is that of a karagattam dancer and she had to undergo three months practice to get the art form correct.
Varu who is also doubling up as an assistant director in the film said that Bala is an encyclopedia as a director and had fun working under him. The promising young actress also has more in store about her shoulder dislocation in a scene, the reason why Bala presented her with a gold chain, the delay in the film and her next project.
