Thala Ajith’s ‘Valimai’ directed by H. Vinoth is one of the most anticipated movies of the year in which he is playing a super cop and fans are looking forward to all the high octane bike and car chases which will be performed without stunt doubles. Producer Boney Kapoor had initially planned the film as an April 14th release but then pushed it to Diwali due to unforeseen delays.
Now that the entire movie industries in the whole world have come to a standstill due to the coronavirus pandemic it is whispered that ‘Valimai’ will see another postponement and new release date locked is Pongal 2021. Sources close to the team add that few major action sequences and songs have to be filmed in foreign locations and since permissions to shoot could take a few months from now the change is inevitable.
‘Valimai’ has music score by Yuvan Shankar Raja and cinematography by Nirav Shah. Thala Ajith and Huma Qureshi play the lead pair with Telugu hero Karthikeya as the main antagonist and Yogi Babu playing a comedic role.
