A Sudden surprise from Vaigai Puyal Vadivelu! Fans excited

Following a five-year hiatus, legendary comedian ‘Vaigai Puyal’ Vadivelu is scripting a comeback through the movie ‘Naai Sekar Returns’, which is being directed by Suraj. The first single of this film was released without any announcement and it has come as a special surprise to his fans.

Sharing the first single, the production house Lyca Productions wrote, “Surprise. Why restrict with just lyric video when we can treat our fans with full video song. Vaigai Puyal Vadivelu in Prabhu Deva choreography. The combo which entertained us over the years is back with Appatha.” The song has been garnering a massive reception and within one hour into release, it has gained close to two lakhs views on YouTube. 

The special treat doesn’t stop here, going by the details of this song, Vadivelu has sung this special number with Prabhu Deva choreographing the steps. Vadivelu gave vocal for the song ‘Kannameya’ in the 2015 movie ‘Eli’.

Vadivelu plays the lead role in the movie, which is a spin-off of his character Naai Sekar’ from the 2006 movie ‘Thalai Nagaram’ which was also helmed by Suraj. The film also has Sivaangi Krishnakumar, Redin Kingsley, Shivani Narayanan, Anandraj, Munishkanth, and Lollu Sabha Seshu will play key roles.
