Actor Vaibhav had last appeared in a cameo in Superstar Rajnikanth’s Petta directed by Karthik Subbaraj, and his last full fledged appearance as a hero was in the 2017 Diwali release Meyaadha Maan which was again produced by Karthik Subbaraj and directed by Rathnakumar.
Currently the actor is acting in a number of movies like RK Nagar, Sixer, Taana, and among these, Sixer which has him playing the lead role in a character with night blindness is all set to release worldwide on August 30. The movie is directed by debutant Chachi and co-stars Pallak Lalwani.
Now it has been revealed that Vaibhav has acted in a cameo role in Tamannaah’s upcoming movie Petromax. This movie is a horror comedy which is directed by Rohin Venkatesan known for directing Athe Kangal. Petromax also stars Yogi Babu and has music by Ghibran.
