Striking similarity between upcoming films of Vijay, Ajith and Suriya

Vijay, Ajith and Suriya the topmost trio of Tamil cinema started their careers in much about the same time during the nineties.  Though there is fierce professional rivalry between them and their fans they have carved their own niches in the film industry and enjoy unique fan following.

An interesting bit of trivia has cropped up about a rare similarity between the upcoming films of Suriya, Ajith and Vijay.  Accordingly Vijay’s ‘Beast’ directed by Nelson which is releasing on April 13th has been predominantly shot in a grand set of a shopping mall in Chennai.

Similarly Ajith Kumar’s next movie ‘AK61’ directed by H. Vinoth and produced by Boney Kapoor is also going to have a major schedule of shooting on sets of the Anna Saalai of Chennai.  The costly sets are under construction at the Ramoji Rao Film City in Hyderabad.

Meanwhile it has also been reported that Suriya’s much awaited magnum opus ‘Vaadivasal’ directed by Vetrimaaran and produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu will also be shot in sets.  it is said that an entire Jallikattu ground and neighboring villages will be recreated in Chennai where the major portions will be canned.

Fans of the three superstars who are mostly at loggerheads on social media finally have something in common that they can use to develop bonding between themselves.
