Ustaad Ram Pothineni is all set to entertain audiences with his much-awaited and unique entertainer Andhra King Thaluka. Directed by Mahesh Babu P and produced by the prestigious banner Mythri Movie Makers, the film is nearing its release. With an impressive title glimpse and two chartbuster songs already out, the movie has created a massive buzz in film circles.
In this project, versatile actor Upendra will be seen as the Andhra King. Marking his birthday today, the makers unveiled a special poster titled Happy Birthday Andhra King. Upendra’s striking avatar in the poster, saluting fans, has instantly caught everyone’s attention.
The film presents Ram Pothineni in a never-before-seen role, where he plays the die-hard fan of the Andhra King. The story is designed as a biopic of a fan, offering a fresh and unique narrative. Bhagyashree Borse plays the female lead opposite Ram, while Rao Ramesh, Murali Sharma, Satya, Rahul Ramakrishna, and VTV Ganesh appear in key supporting roles.
The film boasts some of the top technicians from the industry. Music is composed by the duo Vivek–Mervin, cinematography is handled by Siddharth Nuni, editing by national award-winning editor Sreekar Prasad, and production design by Avinash Kolla.
With strong performances, powerful visuals, and foot-tapping music, Andhra King Thaluka is shaping up to be a complete entertainer. The film is slated for a grand worldwide release on November 28, 2025.
