Udhay-Ezhil film sold on the day of launch

It was earlier announced that producer-actor Udhayanidhi Stalin and Director Ezhil’s next project will be commencing in the month of August. As per the plan this yet to be titled project has went on floors in Chennai with the traditional ‘Pooja’ on Monday. This will be followed by a lengthy schedule of shoot in Karaikal and its outskirts.

It is to be noted that Udhayanidhi Stalin’s ‘Manidhan’ and Director Ezhil’s ‘Velainu vandhuta Vellaikaaran’ have turned out to be a huge commercially successful ventures of the year. Hence this combo of Udhay and Ezhil is having a huge demand

On the day of the launch itself, Rajamannar of Kandhaswamy arts has grabbed the Coimbatore area rights on M G Basis. We can clearly say that the first day shoot of this film itself has earned a huge positive response among the Distributors. This may be taken as a beacon for the film’s commercial success. The film will be an out-and-out comedy entertainer and expected to hit the screens on Christmas day.

The film stars Regina Cassandra and Srushti Dange as female leads. D.Imman will do the musical score.
