Popular actor shares unseen pictures with Thalapathy Vijay

Tamil TV actor and radio jockey Senthil Kumar, who is popularly known as Mirchi Senthil, shared a couple of throwback pictures featuring actor Vijay on his Instagram handle. The pictures were apparently snapped during a Mirchi event in 2004.

Sharing the 17 year old pictures, Senthil captioned the post, “FOND Mirchi Memories: With our Thalapathi Vijay in 2004 at an Mirchi Event. @shivaofficia_l was also there, along with latha – Nachi- Nandhini-Remy and Swathi.

@mirchitamil #vijay #thalapathyvijay (sic).” Senthil, who started his career as a radio jockey in 2003, went on to star in numerous successful TV serials, including Madurai, Saravanan Meenatchi, and Naam Iruvar Namakku Iruvar. The actor made his movie debut in the 2005 film Thavamai Thavamirundhu, where he played the elder brother of director Cheran. He was also nominated for Filmfare Awards for the Best Supporting Actor for the role.

Meanwhile, Vijay is currently shooting for his upcoming film, Thalapathy 65, directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. The film has Pooja Hegde as the lead as well while Anirudh Ravichander has composed the music. It has also been confirmed that Vijay will be teaming up with Telugu director Vamshi Paidipally for his next project, Thalapathy 66.
