A number of polls have said in recent past that Donald Trump will lose the upcoming presidential elections in the US. His Democratic opponent Joe Biden will become the President is what these pollsters have assessed. However, contrary to their findings, Professor Helmut Norpoth, the well-known political scientist with an impeccable track record of predicting elections, has made a startling prediction based on his unique model.

Trump has a 91% chance of winning the upcoming election with an unambiguous 362-176 Electoral College margin, the Professor has predicted.

A Wikipedia report says that Norpoth's political intelligence is sharp. "His model has correctly predicted five of the last six presidential elections, and projected the correct result in all but two of the last 27 contests when pre-election data were fed into his 'Primary model'," Spectator.org reports.

What makes Norpoth's model unique? He has always believed that primary elections are real electoral contests, and that the "candidate with the best showing in his party’s early primaries nearly always wins the general election."

But what about the threat of COVID-19 and the Black Lives Matter riots? They are not going to affect Trump's chances is what it would appear from Norporth's study.
