'Pink' cast megastar Amitabh Bachchan and the lovely Taapsee Pannu yesterday watched the film with President Pranab Mukherjee.
The actors were invited to watch the Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury directorial at the Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi. A dinner was hosted by the President after the show.
About the President, Big B said, "The President has always been most generous with his time and desire to accommodate the creative elements of cinema, and we cannot thank him enough for it".
What's more, the President's official Facebook page now has his pic with the 'Pink' team as the cover photo! "How cool this looks!" Taapsee has exclaimed.
'Pink' is a courtroom drama, which also features Kirti Kulhari, Angad Bedi, Andrea Tariang and Piyush Mishra. The film was appreciated by both the public and the critics for its strong socially relevant message about the choices young women of today make and about respecting them.
