Vijay’s character shocks actress

Thalapathy Vijay is not only one of the few actors with a huge audience base but also the biggest newsmaker who gets trending high on social media pretty quickly.  Actress and dubbing artiste Raveena witnessed it recently when her name became a trending topic on twitter after it was revealed that she dubbed for Malavika Mohanan in Thalapathy Vijay’s upcoming movie ‘Master’.

Raveena has stated to a leading daily that when she saw ‘Master’ during dubbing she was shocked by Vijay’s characterization and wondered how he accepted some of the scenes.  She has also let out that it is definitely not the usual commercial film but something special is behind the making.

Raveena has also further added that it took some effort for her to adjust to the pure Malayalam accent that Malavika Mohanan spoke in the original footage but she nailed it perfectly in the end.

‘Master’ directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj with music by Anirudh has the stellar cast of Vijay, Vijay Sethupathi, Malavika Mohanan, Andrea Jeremiah, Arjun Das and Shantanu Bhagyaraj.  The film was slated for release on April 9th but has been postponed indefinitely due to the coronavirus pandemic.
