A major ‘Vikram’ star joining Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘Leo’ further confirming LCU?

Thalapathy Vijay’s next biggie ‘Leo’, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and produced by Seven Screen Studios completed a major shooting schedule of close to two months in Kashmir.  A tribute video to the crew of the film went viral on the internet.  Now the next schedule of the much awaited film will begin soon in Chennai and the set work is underway.

It is now reported that Mollywood superstar Fahaadh Faasil will be joining the ensemble all star cast of ‘Leo’.  For long there is speculation whether the film comes under the Lokesh Cinematic Universe that will connect the director’s previous films ‘Kaithi’ and ‘Vikram’.  If Fahaadh does get on board then the speculations could become a reality.  It was also said that Karthi as Dilli from ‘Kaithi’ may appear in the film.  Likewise it is also suggested that Suriya as Rolex, Vijay Sethupathi as Santhanam and Kamal Haasan himself are reprising their roles from ‘Vikram’ in Leo’.  We have to be patient for official confirmations in this regard.

‘Leo’ an Anirudh Ravichander musical already boasts of a never before assembled all star cast of Vijay, Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Action King Arjun, Priya Anand, Mansoor Ali Khan, Mathew Thomas, Mysskin, Gautham Vasudev Menon and Sandy Master.  It has already been announced that the gangster saga will release on October 19th this year.
