The Red carpet will start at 5pm.

Thalapathy Vijay has been nominated for his excellent portrayal of triple roles in the 2017 blockbuster hit 'Mersal' directed by Atlee and produced by Sri Thenandal Studios. The A.R. Rahman musical had Kajal Agarwal, Samantha and Nithya Menen as the female leads. Vijay is pitted against top Hollywood and world cinema actors such as John Boyega, Joshua Jackson and Daniel Kaluuya among others in both the categories but his confident fans are already gearing up for a mass celebration across social media platforms.
