BTS photos from ‘Thalapathy 66’ spot reveals Vijay’s look! Veteran actress joins the ensemble cast!

We already saw that Vijay, Vamshi Paidipally and the team have wrapped up a major schedule for ‘Thalapathy 66’ in Hyderabad last month. Now, the latest is that the makers have resumed filming for the Tamil-Telugu bilingual project in Chennai. BTS photos and videos from the spot have surfaced over the internet.

Thalapathy Vijay is spotted in the shooting location along with the female lead Rashmika Mandanna and a veteran actress was also spotted. Vijay was seen in a blue t-shirt, layered with a light brown shirt. From the leaked images, it can be learnt that actress Kushbhu is the latest addition to the ensemble cast of ‘Thalapathy 66’. An official announcement in this regard is expected soon.

A huge set is erected in a film city in Chennai for the film shoot, and the team will be shooting for the next couple of weeks on the set before the next schedule. Touted to be an emotional drama, ‘Thalapathy 66’ also stars Yogi Babu, Sarathkumar, Prabhu, Prakash Raj, Shaam, Srikanth, Jayasudha, Sangeetha, Samyuktha and others.

Thaman S is scoring music for his idol Vijay for the first time in ‘Thalapathy 66’ while Karthick Palani takes care of the cinematography. The upcoming movie will hit the silver screens worldwide on Pongal 2023. According to our sources, Sarathkumar will play Vijay’s father while Srikanth and Shaam will be seen as the star’s brothers.
