Thalapathy Vijay fans are eagerly awaiting his next mega flick 'Master' directed by Lokesh Kangaraj which also has Vijay Sethupathi, Malavika Mohanan, Andrea Jeremiah, Arjun Das and Shantanu Bhagyaraj. The film has music by Anirudh and is produced on a grand scale by XB Film Creators.
It is already a foregone conclusion that 'Thalapathy 65' is produced by Sun Pictures with A.R. Murugadoss as director joining hands with Vijay for the fourth time after 'Thuppakki', 'Kaththi' and 'Sarkar'.
There is a new buzz in Kollywood that Vijay is keen to do a rural film next and his 'Thalapathy 66' for Sri Thenandal Studios could be a quickie on those lines. The director most favorite for this project is Pandiraj while Magizh Thirumeni and others are also in the fray.
Now sources are adding a very unlikely name which is Siruthai Siva to be the likely candidate to join hands with Vijay. It is a known fact that Siva is Thala Ajith's favorite director and has done four back to back films with him namely 'Veeram', 'Vedalam', 'Vivegam' and 'Viswasam'. Vijay and Siva know each other from childhood and are very friendly with each other and already a storyline has been discussed by the two of them.
According to the sources the coronavirus has changed the plans of many projects and a Vijay-Siruthai Siva combo could well come as a surprise soon. We have to wait for things to move forward as its too early to deduce anything for now on this one.
Siruthai Siva has already completed fifty percent of his next movie 'Annaathe' with Superstar Rajinikanth and Keerthy Suresh in the lead roles. The resumption could take several months as Rajini wants to come back to sets only after the COVID 19 is completely eradicated. The director is already working on his next projects which include Vikram, Suriya and may be Vijay.
