What is ‘Bigg Boss’ Kavin’s role in ‘Thalapathy 65’?

Thalapathy Vijay’s mega-project after the blockbuster hit ‘Master’, ‘Thalapathy 65’ officially went on floors today morning with a grand pooja conducted at the Sun Group studios situated in Perungudi, Chennai.  Pooja Hegde, the heroine of the film could not attend the event as she was shooting elsewhere while the majority of the crew members were present.

One of the notable figures in the pooja stills of ‘Thalapathy 65’ was ‘Bigg Boss 3’ fame Kavin who was seen in a bearded look raising speculations whether he is part of the cast of the film.  It is worth noting that Kavin has already served as the assistant director of Nelson Dilipkumar’s upcoming Sivakarthikeyan starrer ‘Doctor’ and it is most likely that he is also doing the same in this mega project as well.  Of course he could also appear in an important character based on the needs of the script is what sources close to the team are suggesting.

‘Thalapathy 65’ directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and produced by Sun Pictures has music score by Anirudh Ravichander and cinematography by Manoj Paramahamsa.  DRK Kiran is the production designer while Anbariv are taking care of the stunts.  The rest of the exciting cast details is expected to be out soon as the principle photography starts from May 3rd with a song choreographed by Jani.
