Change in plans for Thala Ajith’s ‘Valimai’ due to coronavirus pandemic?

Thala Ajith’s most anticipated film ‘Valimai’ has him playing a super cop after a long time and the shooting was going on in full swing in Hyderabad, Chennai and Delhi before the coronavirus pandemic disrupted it.  Director H. Vinod had planned a major schedule in Jordan where a high octane action and chase sequence was to be canned but now the location could undergo changes.

Malayalam superstar Prithviraj is stranded in Jordan along with his cast and crew of 58 people as the nation has shut down due to the pandemic.  It is said that the country has cancelled all shooting permissions indefinitely and could affect ‘Valimai’ also and the team may have to look for another country that is unaffected by the raging disease

‘Valimai’ produced by Boney Kapoor has music score by Yuvan Shankar Raja and cinematography by Nirav Shah.  The mega flick has Huma Qureshi as the leading lady, Yogi Babu as the comedian and Telugu hero Karthikeya as the villain.
