Top actors and actresses allegedly used influence to escape drug abuse case

A few months back there was a sensational case that top heroes, heroines, directors and producers belonging to the Telugu film industry were using banned drugs and were also selling them.  A police enquiry saw big names such as Ravi Teja, Charmi, Puri Jaganath, Mumaith Khan, Tarun Kumar, Navdeep and others being questioned for hours by the police.

Now a person named Subbaraja Reddy using the Rights to Information Act has procured the FIR of the celebrity drug abuse case but was shocked to find that the names of the big stars and technicians was totally missing and only a few common people’s names were included.  Reddy has stated that the Telugu Actors Union members met Chief Minister Chandrasekhar Rao and after that the case has been diluted using the influence of the top people.
