OMG! Tamil serial actress conducts Divorce Photoshoot for the first time

Actresses in recent time have been conducting their engagement, wedding and pregnancy photoshoots.  For the first time ever a Tamil serial actress has shared photos of herself celebrating her divorce.

Actress Shalini is famous for her TV serial ‘Mullum Malarum’. She also participated in reality shows including ‘Super Mom’.   Shalini was married to Riaz and the couple has a little daughter named Riya. A few months ago, Shalini accused her husband of abusing her mentally and physically and sought divorce.

After the court case she finally got divorced and has celebrated the event with a photoshoot.  In the viral pics Shalini is seen tearing up a picture with her husband and also stamping another of his photos with her foot. 

Shalini also wrote alongside the pics “This is a divorcee’s message to those who feel voiceless. It’s okay to leave a bad marriage. Because you deserve to be happy. Never underestimate yourself. Take control of your life and prepare to make the necessary changes for yourself and your child’s future. Divorce is not a failure. A turning point that leads to making positive changes in your life.
