Young Tamil serial actor dies by suicide

The Tamil television industry has faced many losses of lives to suicide in the past few years with the most notable being VJ Chithra who at the height of her acting career ended her life in hotel room by hanging herself.  Following her young actor Srivatsava who played an important role in  ’Enai Nokki Paayum Thotta also passed away by suicide recently.

Now it has been reported that a young actor Indrakumar who is part of a Tamil serial has hung himself to death.  It is said that the twenty five year old was a Sri Lankan Tamil and was staying in refugee camp in Chennai.

On Thursday night Indrakumar and his friends went to watch a movie and he stayed at one of his friends house.  In the morning he was found hanging on the ceiling fan of the house and a police complaint was made and the cops seized the body and sent it to postmortem.

It is said that Indrakumar was frustrated since he did not get any proper chances to act in films which was his ambition and further he also had misunderstandings with his wife.  Neighbours of the deceased have lamented that he has left behind his young wife and a small child.
