After more than 6 months since the Coronavirus induced lockdown, the Tamil Nadu State government has allowed students in classes 10 to 12 to return to schools on a voluntary basis, for taking guidance from teachers, from October 1.
This announcement from the government is applicable for government, government-aided and private schools in the State, pertaining only to schools not located in containment zones. Both Students as well as teachers from containment zones won’t be allowed to attend schools.
Instructions have been given to Schools to divide students into two batches, with the first batch coming to school on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and the second batch coming Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, and half the teachers at a time can be called by the school management.
