The release date for actress Tamannaah’s upcoming Hindi film VVAN has been officially announced — and while the news brings clarity, it hasn’t exactly thrilled her fans.
Tamannaah, a prominent star across Tamil, Telugu, and Bollywood cinema, recently saw success with her film Odela 2, which is currently streaming on OTT platforms to positive reception.
Among her upcoming projects, VVAN is one of three Hindi films she’s currently working on, alongside the action film Ranger. Directed by Deepak Mishra and starring Siddharth Malhotra in the lead, VVAN has generated considerable buzz ever since its trailer dropped in November last year.
However, the film’s makers have now announced that VVAN will hit theaters on May 15, 2026 — exactly one year from now. This extended timeline has left many fans disappointed, as they had hoped for a much earlier release.
While anticipation remains high, the long wait has dampened the excitement for some. Fans are now looking forward to more frequent updates and promotional content to keep the momentum going until the eventual release.
