T. Natarajan the new pace sensation in Team India has become the toast of the town impressing not only fans but contemporary national and international cricketers as well. Hardik Pandya even handed over his man of the series trophy to Nattu and Kohli too put in his hands the T20 winner’s cup.
Natarajan overcame poverty and blazed a trail from the obscure Chinapappambatti in Tamil Nadu to the most sensational bowler currently and his colorful life has attracted many young filmmakers to make a biopic.
News is gaining momentum that Sivakarthikeyan has bagged the rights to film Natarajan’s biopic. The sources are pointing out a recent video conferencing call that Siva, comedy actor Sathish and Nattu had which went viral on the internet to substantiate the claim. They also add that since Siva already bankrolled the cricket-based ‘Kanaa’ directed by Arunraja Kamaraj and starring Aishwarya Rajesh as a female cricketer he is interested in making this biopic too.
When we got in touch with our sources close to Sivakarthikeyan Productions they have denied any talks for a biopic officially. However, fans are eager for Nattu’s story to be told on film and who better than Sivakarthikeyan to take it to the world stage. Lets wait and watch if this dream materializes.
