‘Swathi Muthyam’: Pre-release shows in AP, TS announced

‘Swathi Muthyam’ is hitting the screens on October 5. Producer S Naga Vamsi today said that multiple pre-release shows will be held on the 4th in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

The idea is to establish a positive ‘word of mouth’ for the movie ahead of the release date.

Sithara Entertainments and the US distributor are planning to release the Ganesh Bellamkonda-Varsha Bollamma movie in 200 locations across the US.

Director Lakshman Krishna has dealt with a delicate topic. “There is the element of sperm donation in the film. It is seen as a taboo topic. Our film shows that it’s a socially relevant issue. We have downplayed the topic in promotions deliberately. Let the audience soak into the issue while watching the movie. The female audience won’t find the element vulgar or crass. The point has been delivered in a sensitive, homely fashion,” the producer today said.
