Thala Ajith had last scored a huge Blockbuster with his Pongal release Viswasam directed by Siva and costarring Nayanthara, and following the success of the movie, is acting in Net Konda Paarvai, the official remake of Pink.
Now, director Suseendhiran, known for his movies like Vennila Kabaddi Kuzhu, Azhagarsamiyin Kuthirai, Pandiyanadu and Naan mahaan alla, who’s an ardent fan of Thala Ajith had requested him to enter politics and posted a note on his Twitter handle.
The note read “You are the only one who can bring a change in the 40 years of Dravidian politics. I request you to step into politics, for the people of Tamil Nadu, and this is 100% right time for it. Come bring the change, am one among crores of fans waiting for you”. This note has been met with mixed response, as few fans echoed Suseendhiran’s thoughts while many trolled the director. It must be noted that Ajith himself has earlier announced that he’s not interested in politics in a press release made earlier this year.
