Suriya last year joined hands with Kollywood director Siruthai Siva for his 42nd movie, whose title was announced today. 'Kanguva', which stands for valour and symbolizes might, is the title.

The film will be released in 10 languages in early 2024 after its pending shoot (about 50%) and extensive post-production (read VFX and CGI) are completed.

"A mighty valiant saga' is its tagline.

The pan-Indian project will be made in 3D. Disha Patani is its leading lady. Devi Sri Prasad's music, Vetri Palanisamy's cinematography, and Milan's art direction are expected to be top-notch. KE Gnanavel Raja's Studio Green is associated with Vamsi Pramod's UV Creations on the production side. With action choreography done by Supreme Sundar, the film also features Yogi Babu, Redin Kingsley, Kovai Sarala and Anand Raj.

The Tamil version's dialogues are by Karky. Shobi and 'Naatu Naatu' fame Prem Rakshith are choreographing the dances. Anu Vardhan is taking care of costumes.
