Suriya replaces Vijay in his new film?

One of the most surprising and electrifying announcements that came last week was the sudden announcement by Dream Warrior Pictures, S.R. Prabhu that he is producing Suriya’s 36th film directed by Selvaraghavan.  Selva has since declared that it is an out or ordinary script that will sway Suriya’s fans of all ages.

For the past few months there were reports that  Sivaji Productions are bankrolling a project with Vijay as the hero and Selvaraghavan as the director.  Even Ilayathilagam Prabhu had confirmed that talks were indeed going on.  Now speculations have started that the Suriya is acting in the same story that was narrated to the Ilayathalapathy and whether it is true or if it is a brand new story will be known only when Selva chooses to comment.
