Pre-production works started for Suriya’s upcoming film scheduled for 2024?

After giving back to back blockbusters, Suriya currently has multiple promising projects lined up in his pipeline. He is set to join with another acclaimed director for an upcoming project scheduled to come out in 2024 and the makers have already started the works for the futuristic film.

Surya is currently shooting for his next film directed by National Award-winning director Bala. The first schedule of the filming has been completed near Kanyakumari and the next leg is set to begin soon. The handsome actor is also undergoing training with a bull as the shoot of Vetrimaaran’s ‘Vadivasal’ is about to start.

While everyone was looking forward to what will be Suriya’s next project after ‘Vaadivasal’, the latest buzz is that director Ravikumar is set to team up with Suriya. Ravikumar, who recently completed the work of Sivakarthikeyan’s ‘Ayalaan’, has revealed in an interview that he has started working on his next with Suriya and it will take 1 year to complete the pre-production.

Produced by Dream Warrior Pictures, Suriya and Ravikumar’s untitled movie is said to be based on a world after 50 years. Ravikumar’s debut directorial ‘Indru Netru Naalai’ gained a great response from the general audience and also high critical acclaim from the critics. He is currently awaiting the release of his second film ‘Ayalaan’, starring SK.
