Suriya took mass title from his dad Sivakumar – details

Suriya celebrated his 46th birthday on July 23rd and his anbana fans made it a high trending topic on social media platforms.  In return, they were treated for no one but five first look posters and videos of the hardworking star’s upcoming films.

Suriya’s 39th film’s majestic title ‘Jai Bheem’ was announced with his arresting look as a lawyer got two thumbs up from all over.  The film produced by Suriya’s 2D Entertainment is directed by Gnanavel and has Manikandan and Nimisha Vijayan in supporting roles.

The other mass commercial ‘Suriya 40’ directed by Pandiraj and produced by Sun Pictures became a talking point for its astounding title ‘Etharukkum Thunindhavan’.  Celebs joined Suriya’s followers hailing it as an apt one not only for the film but also for the socially conscious star actor as well.

The hot news is that Suriya did not have to sweat much for the mass title as his dad Sivakumar had acted in a film titled ‘Etharkkum Thunindhavan’ which was released in the year 1977.  It was a western-styled film in Tamil and Sivakumar donned the role of a cowboy.  The relatively unknown film’s poster has now become trending now thanks to anbana fans.
