Suriya to do ‘Suriya 45’ before Vetrimaaran’s ‘Vaadivaasal’? – Here’s what we know

Earlier this month, Suriya commenced shooting for the highly anticipated ‘Suriya 44,’ directed by Karthik Subbaraj in Port Blair, Andaman. While ‘Kanguva’ is preparing for a Diwali release, the actor was expected to wrap up this film and move to Vetrimaaran’s ‘Vaadivaasal’ by the end of the year.

Fresh reports today indicate that Suriya might take on a new project (Suriya 45) between “Suriya 44” and “Vaadivaasal.” He is expected to collaborate with director Prasanth Pandiyaraj, who made his debut with the film ‘Bruce Lee’ and gained recognition with the ‘Vilangu’ web series. Discussions between Suriya and the director are reportedly underway, with 2D Productions likely to back the project.

An announcement about this film is anticipated to be released soon. Current speculations suggest that Vetrimaaran’s ‘Vaadivaasal’ will commence only after the completion of ‘Suriya 44’ and ‘Suriya 45’. However, this has not been officially confirmed.
