Official: Sensational young actress joins the cast of ‘Suriya 41’!

Suriya officially announced his next project with Bala, earlier today, taking to his Twitter handle. Bankrolled by Suriya & Jyothika under the banner 2D Entertainment, the upcoming project will have music scored by GV Prakash Kumar and cinematography is to be handled by Balasubramniem.

Now, the latest massive update is that the sensational south actress Krithi Shetty joins the cast of Suriya’s 41st movie. We broke to you first that the happening actress is buzzed to be a part of ‘Suriya 41’. The young heroine has previously acted alongside some powerful actors in Telugu films: Uppena opposite Vijay Sethupathi, Shyam Singha Roy opposite Nani and Bangarraju opposite Naga Chaitanya. On the other hand, Jyothika is also finalised as one of the female leads in ‘Suriya 41’. A huge village set is being erected in Kanyakumari for Suriya and Bala’s untitled film.

This venture marks the reunion of Suriya and Bala after 20 years as Bala’s ‘Nandha’ served as a breakthrough in Suriya’s career. The shooting is set to happen in Kanyakumari and Rameshwaram and will go on for 3-4 months. Suriya will start shooting for Vetrimaaran’s ‘Vaadivasal’ once he wraps up shooting for Bala’s movie.
