Superstar Rajinikanth, who was admitted to Chennai’s Apollo Hospital on September 30th due to health concerns, has been discharged after undergoing a medical procedure. Doctors placed a stent near his heart to address swelling in an artery, and they have advised him to rest for three weeks before resuming his film commitments.
Upon his discharge, Rajinikanth took to social media to express his sincere thanks to the many politicians, celebrities, and fans who sent their well-wishes during his hospital stay. He extended personal gratitude to notable figures including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin, Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu, AIADMK leader Edappadi Palanisamy, Governor RN Ravi, and Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan.
In his official statement, Rajinikanth said: “While I was in the hospital, I extend my heartfelt thanks to all my political friends, colleagues from the film industry, all my friends, well-wishers, and media friends who wished me a speedy recovery.
