Superstar Rajinikanth wishes happy Diwali to fans gathered at his house

Superstar Rajinikanth is one of the few actors in the world who has the largest fan following which is intact for close to fifty long years.  Every year during his birthday and other festivals the Poes Garden area where the Rajinikanth house is situated turns into a bustle of activity as fans gather in large numbers to catch a glimpse of him and wish him well.

Today being Diwali it was no different and fans made a beeline towards Rajini’s house.  Usually, the legend would come out of the house and wish his fans and accept their wishes but this time due to the coronavirus rampage he stood on the balcony of his house wearing a mask and expressed his wishes from there.

Rajini is expected to shoot his ongoing project ‘Annaathe’ directed by Siruthai Siva sometime in the next few months after the COVID 19 is brought under control.  The film produced by Sun Pictures has music by D. Imman with Keerthy Suresh, Nayanthara, Khusbhu, Meena and Soori in the cast.
