Superstar Rajinikanth, had a busy Diwali right from early morning as his fans gathered around his house to wish him. The 76 year old who is basking in the glory of delivering ‘Jailer’ the biggest hit in Tamil cinema history waved to fans from the balcony with infectious energy.
Rajini also gave his fans a grand festive treat by releasing the teaser of his new movie ‘Lal Salaam’ directed by Aishwarya Rajinikanth. The film has music by A.R. Rahman and is produced by Lyca Productions and is releasing worldwide on Pongal 2024.
Later on Rajini celebrated Diwali with his wife Latha Rajinikanth, daughters Aishwarya and Soundarya, grandsons Lingaa,Yatra, Dev and other close family members. Photos of Linga and Yatra falling at the feet of their granddad and receiving special Diwali gifts has gone viral on the internet.
The thespian who is taking a small break from his new movie ‘Thalaivar 170’ will resume work soon. This film is also produced by Lyca and directed by ‘Jai Bhim’ fame director T.J.Gnanavel. Amitabh Bachchan, Rana Daggubatti, Fahadh Faasil, Manju Warrier, Ritika Singh and Dushara Vijayan.
Rajini’s next mega project ‘Thalaivar 171’ directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and produced by Sun Pictures will go on floors in April 2024. The film has music by Anirudh and stunt choreography by Anbariv.
