Recently, a rumour was created that actor Sumanth, who was recently seen in 'Kapatadhaari', would have been a star hero had he accepted a number of hit films that came his way. The rumour-mongers said that Sumanth was offered some blockbusters before they went to the likes of Pawan Kalyan and Ravi Teja. This is what the rumour said: Sumanth was also offered 'Nuvve Kavali', Uday Kiran's 'Manasantha Nuvve', 'Idiot', 'Anandham', 'Gamyam', 'Desamuduru', Nagarjuna's 'Nuvvu Vastavani', 'Naa Autograph' and 'Ashta Chama', but he rejected them.
Turns out that the rumour is false. Sumanth took to Twitter and asked the gossip handle to check facts first. The 'Malli Raava' actor added that only the Tarun-Richa Pallod movie 'Nuvve Kavali' and the Allu Arjun-Puri Jagannadh movie 'Desamuduru' had come his way.
In a recent interview, Sumanth said that 'Desamuduru' would have been a flop had he acted in it. "I told Puri Jagannadh to not consider me for the role, as it didn't suit me," Sumanth said.
