Thiruda Thirudi Subramaniam Siva returns with Samuthirakani’s Vellai Yaanai!

In 2003, director Subramaniam Siva had made his debut with the blockbuster youth entertainer Thiruda Thirudi starring Dhanush and Chaya Singh, and the movie completed a hattrick of hits for Dhanush after Thulluvatho Ilamai and Kadhal Konden and strongly established Dhanush in Kollywood.

Subramanim Siva later directed movies like Pori, Yogi and Seedan, and later had acted in movies like Vetrimaran directed Vada Chennai and the upcoming Asuran. Now he’s all set to return as a director with the upcoming movie Vellai Yaanai, starring Samuthirakani in lead role. 

Vellai Yaanai is an agriculture based flick and is produced byWhite Lamp Talkies. The movie  has Manam Kothi Paravai fame Athmiya as Samuthirakani’s pair and also stars Yogi Babu, SS Stanley, Ramadoss, Bava Chellathurai, Saranya Ravichandran. Reportedly the movie depicts the pains of farmer in a sensible and humorous manner.
