'Srimanthudu' and 'Bharat Ane Nenu' director Koratala Siva has announced a donation to the Telugu States for the fight against COVID-19. Taking to Twitter, the filmmaker today said, "I have donated Rs.5 lakh each to Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Relief Funds in the fight against Coronavirus. Let’s do our bit."
Koratala has been working on 'Acharya', starring Megastar Chiranjeevi in the lead. Produced by Ram Charan and Niranjan Reddy, the mass social action-drama is scheduled to hit the screens in August if everything goes well.
Mahesh Babu is not part of the movie. Chiru's son and 'RRR' actor Charan will be doing the supporting role that Mahesh was rumoured to do till early March. With music by Mani Sharma, the film has Chiru in dual shades.
