Director Suseenthiran's maiden production venture 'Vil Ambu' will be the new entrant in the Valentine weekend movie release race. The film directed by Susee's former associate Ramesh Subramaniam will be hitting the screens on February 12 that is the forthcoming Friday.

'Vil Ambu' touted as an action thriller stars Sri, Harish Kalyan, Shrushti Dange Samskruthy Shenoy in the lead roles. Navin has scored the musical score and the songs were released one by one by leading Kollywood celebrities.

Superstar Rajinikanth and versatile actor Suriya have also joined the list of those who wished for the film's success and upped its expectation meter.

'Vil Ambu' will be releasing along Siddharth's 'Jil Jung Juk' and the Vemal-Nanditha Swetha starrer 'Anjala'. Jayam Ravi's 'Miruthan' and VIjay Sethupathi's 'Kadhalum Kadandhu Pogum' that were earlier scheduled to release on February 12 have been postponed to later dates.
