It’s known that theatres have the option of flexible ticketing for the films they deem fit. ‘Sreekaram’, which will hit the screens on March 11, is going to cash in on the norm.
The news is that single screens will be charging Rs 150 and multiplexes Rs 200 per ticket in the initial days for the Sharwanand-starrer. The film will compete with two other straight Telugu films, both of which have reportedly not chosen to hike rates.
Starring also Priyanka Arul Mohan, Rao Ramesh, Sai Kumar, and VK Naresh, the film’s pre-release events will be graced by Megastar Chiranjeevi and Telangana IT Minister KT Rama Rao on different occasions this week.
Directed by Kishor B, the film is produced by 14 Reels Plus. Music is by Mickey J Meyer. Its trailer, released recently, showed that the male lead inspires the village to practise collective farming. Sai Madhav Burra has said that the dialogues will be special.
