Sony LIV’s Mayasabha Makes History: First Telugu Show to Enter Ormax Top 3 Across India

Sony LIV’s latest Telugu web series Mayasabha: Rise of Titans has achieved a historic milestone by becoming the first-ever Telugu show to secure a spot in Ormax Media’s Top 3 most-watched streaming shows across India. Between August 11–17, 2025, the series garnered an impressive 2.8 million views, placing Telugu content firmly on the national stage.

Created by acclaimed filmmaker Deva Katta, Mayasabha is a fictional political saga inspired by significant political turning points in erstwhile united Andhra Pradesh. Directed by Deva Katta and Kiran Jay Kumar, the story traces the journey of Kakarla Krishnama Naidu (Aadhi Pinisetty) and MS Rami Reddy (Chaitanya Rao)—two friends whose rise in politics eventually spirals into a fierce rivalry that changes their destinies.

The show features a stellar ensemble including Divya Dutta, Saikumar, Nasser, Shatru, Ravindra Vijay, Tanya Ravichandran, among others, delivering powerful performances.
