Excitingly, the latest season of MasterChef India has already kicked off in Hindi, and Sony has thrilled audiences by announcing that this season will also be available in Telugu and Tamil. While the Telugu and Tamil versions of the show, hosted by the esteemed actors Tamannaah and Vijay Sethupathi, were aired on television in 2021, Sony LIV has now confirmed fresh seasons of these culinary shows in both languages.
In the upcoming weeks, Sony LIV will premiere the regional adaptations of MasterChef India (Tamil) and MasterChef India (Telugu). The Tamil version features a panel of esteemed chefs, including Koushik Shankar, Shreeya Adka, and Rakesh Raghunathan, while the Telugu version boasts a jury comprising chefs Sanjay Thumma, Nikitha Umesh, and Chalapathi Rao.
With these Telugu and Tamil adaptations, MasterChef India aims to resonate with the masses, taking great care to understand the cultural nuances and tastes of each region. The franchise intends to celebrate the diversity of Indian cuisine by expanding into regional markets with these new shows. Sony LIV will announce the official premiere dates for these shows soon.
