Son cuts off father’s eyes with his hands

This can only be called a savage incident.  A  40-something son in Bengaluru scooped out his father’s eyes with his bare hands over a property dispute.  The macabre son, named Abhishek Chetan, didn’t like that his father was planning to bestow a residential property in JP Nagar in the name of both his daughter and son.  

Allegedly, the son wanted the property to be transferred only in his name ever since his mother died two months back.  The father kept on rejecting his son’s proposal to not transfer the property in his daughter’s (that is, the accused man’s sister) name as well.  

On Tuesday, the accused lost his temper and became brutal.  He gouged out his old father’s eyes, leaving him helpless.  He absconded from the scene of crime immediately, only to be arrested later in the day.  

The police have stated that the accused does drugs and doesn’t earn regularly.
