S.J.Suryah’s new film with the ‘Kushi’ Star Officially Launched

A few days back Indiaglitz had reported that director S.J.Suryah will be directing his next film for Tollywood star Pawan Kalyan.

Today, the yet to be titled Pawan Kalyan-S.J.Suryah film has been launched with a formal pooja. The pooja happened at the office of Producer Sharrat Marrar, a longtime friend of Pawan, who will be bankrolling this project.

It is worth noting that on the same date in the year 2001, 'Kushi' that united Pawan and Suryah for the first time released in theaters and went on to become a huge blockbuster.

This new film will also be a love story. Noted dialogue writer Akula Siva is working on the script with Suryah for this film. The heroine is yet to be finalized and sources reveal that the team is likely to opt for a debutante. Musical score will be rendered by Anup Rubens. Two songs penned by lyricist Ramajogayya Sastry were recently recorded in a Mumbai studio.

The team has planned to release the film as a Pongal 2017 treat.

Suryah is presently acting in the Tamil film 'Nenjam Marappadhillai' directed by Selvaraghavan. He has also completed 'Iraivi' directed by Karthik Subbaraj, which is expected to hit the screens on May 20.

This is Suryah's third film with the Powerstar Pawan Kalyan after 'Kushi' and 'Komaram Puli'.
