‘Kaithi’ & ‘Master’ actor confirms starring in Sivakarthikeyan’s ‘SK 21’

Sivakarthikeyan’s next movie ‘SK 21’ has a lot of hype surrounding it.  For starters it is produced by Kamal Haasan under his banner RKFI and is directed by Rajkumar Periyasamy of ‘Rangoon’ fame.

The shooting of shooting of ‘SK 21’ started in Kashmir a few weeks back where a month long schedule was planned.  Unfortunately the team had to return home after ten days due to security reasons in the valley.  Now the decks have been cleared and the shoot resumed from the 6th of June and will continue for the next couple of months.

Meanwhile actor Lallu who played important characters in Lokesh Kanagaraj’s ‘Kaithi’ and ‘Master’ has confirmed his presence in the film.  He wrote on Twitter “It’s been 7 years since ‘Rangoon’, and I’m grateful to be a part of your first film. Looking forward to our next project together, #SK21. You’ve been my support and mentor, and I’m forever grateful Rajkumar na”.

‘SK 21’ will have Sai Pallavi as the female lead opposite Sivakarthikeyan with G.V. Prakash Kumar scoring the music.  It is said to be an intense drama set in a military camp backdrop.
