The music lovers and the Telugu film industry audiences were shocked to learn the news about the suicide attempt of popular singer Kalpana. As per the reports, she tried to commit suicide by swallowing sleeping pills. The locals admitted her to Holistic hospital.

The doctors are currently treating singer Kalpana. Doctors say that her condition is critical. Kalpana lives with a man named Prasad in Vertex Privilege in Nizampet, who is believed to be her husband.

As per the reports in the media, she tried to commit suicide by swallowing sleeping pills due to personal reasons. When the apartment residents informed the police, they reached the scene. Kalpana was taken to a local private hospital. As of now, the doctors or the police did not issue any statement on the incident.

Kalpana is a popular singer in 2000s who crooned many super hits. She also trained many young singers and even worked as a judge to many singing reality shows.
